  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our offerings, services, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and escalate complex issues as required.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions meticulously in the CRM system.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing constructive feedback.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional college education is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally within a call center or retail environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Patience, empathy, and a sincere desire to assist customers.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
  • Proficient in computer systems and familiar with CRM software.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.
  • Capacity to adapt to a dynamic environment and achieve performance targets.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
