TEKsystems is a leading provider of technology services and solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Liaison Specialist to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Client Support Liaison Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for agencies nationwide, providing support and guidance throughout the implementation of our new phone system.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing education on the new phone system and serving as a support escalation point of contact
  • Working closely with project teams and vendors to coordinate the night of porting
  • Continuously reporting internally on agent status
  • Reviewing submitted data for accuracy and following up with agents about missing information or documentation
  • Performing pre- and post-conversion calls to agents and conducting functionality testing

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows Operating System and support
  • Intermediate technical support skills
  • Knowledge of VoIP technology (a plus)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to execute day-to-day activities by prioritizing workflow
