Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues promptly. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers on a daily basis, and representing our brand's values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Process mail, Western Union orders, utility bills, cash checks, sell money orders, collect dry cleaning orders for customers, and perform other related tasks.
  • Assist customers with various transactions, including lottery tickets, bottle refunds, and more.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to department and company guidelines regarding personal hygiene and dress code.
  • Utilize the intercom system for paging and communication with colleagues.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you should be proficient in basic arithmetic calculations and able to solve practical problems.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $22,500 - $27,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
