Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent at the Courtyard by Marriott Kansas City Olathe. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling room assignments, deposits, and payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hotel standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest requests and services.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
