Role Responsibilities:
The Human Resource Consultant will engage with client organizations to offer expert advice and support on various HR-related matters. This role will provide essential HR assistance to management teams, addressing issues such as employee relations, compliance, and organizational policies.

Key Duties Include:
  • Collaborating with clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
  • Ensuring high-quality service and timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Managing a portfolio of outsourced HR clients, focusing on employee relations, policy development, and compliance updates.
  • Providing assistance through HR communication channels for client inquiries.
  • Recommending additional HR consulting services to clients to enhance service offerings.
  • Participating in industry events to promote our services and expand our network.
  • Contributing to the development of training programs and webinars as a subject matter expert.
  • Overseeing project management to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Staying informed on HR-related news and preparing communications for clients.
  • Collaborating on marketing materials and client communications as needed.
  • Managing compliance services related to client enrollment processes.
  • Working closely with leadership to prepare proposals and service contracts.
  • Coordinating HR service delivery with internal teams as necessary.
  • Identifying opportunities for additional HR services and revenue generation.
  • Supporting the development of HR staff through training and onboarding initiatives.
  • Providing assistance with client invoicing and project support as needed.
  • Representing the organization professionally in all client interactions and networking efforts.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, or
  • Eight years of HR experience, or
  • A combination of education and experience that meets the requirements.
