- Key Responsibilities:
- Active Presence on the Sales Floor: Regularly engage in sales presentations and assist in closing sales.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and verify loose diamonds against certifications.
- Quality Control: Review completed repairs for quality control.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Verify sales transactions for accuracy.
- Leadership and Communication: Conduct weekly sales meetings with the Store Manager and help maintain inventory controls to minimize shrinkage.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and service issues.
- Negotiation and Sales: Utilize excellent negotiating skills to maximize sales and profits.
- Store Maintenance: Set up display cases each morning and secure them at night.
Qualifications:
- Business Acumen: Strong business and analytical skills.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Training and Sales Experience: Experience in training and sales.
- Team Management: Proven ability to build and manage teams and customer relationships.
