Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service to our hotel guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services: Manage all aspects of guest service, including registration, information, accounting, parking, directions, and sightseeing.
Hotel Operations: Verify housekeeping activity, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Safety and Security: Ensure the secure management of room key inventory, guest information, and safe deposit box system.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
