Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at IBSA USA.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of previous experience and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Clerical and administrative functions to help drive company success
- Skillful problem solver and able to manage workload and priorities
- Greet visitors and clients; record in sign-in book
- Responsible for office supplies inventory
- Attendance at internal meetings when appropriate
- Prepping, editing, and proofing documents
- Answer telephone calls
- Oversee general office needs
- Draft correspondences and other formal and informal documents
- Work with the Promotional Review Committee Coordinator to organize, prioritize, and disseminate drafted materials and meeting agendas in preparation for the PRC meeting
- Assist PRC Coordinator for tracking the approval/expiration dates for all materials, as applicable
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2-5 years previous experience
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Billingual or multilingual is not required but business acumen a must
- Capacity to follow complex instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
