FusionTech is seeking a highly skilled Product Lifecycle Management System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration: Ensure the smooth operation of our PLM system, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Build and Patch Management: Independently install builds and patches to ensure the system remains up-to-date and secure.
- Monitoring and Support: Monitor system performance, analyze errors, and provide timely support to ensure minimal downtime.
- Application Monitoring and Automation: Participate in expanding application monitoring and build automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide cross-functional support and consulting for various IT projects, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
Requirements
- Technical Education or Degree: Hold a technical education or degree in IT or a related field.
- Windows Server Systems and Databases: Possess thorough knowledge of Windows server systems and databases, including MS-SQL and Oracle.
- PTC Windchill Experience: Experience in system administration of PTC Windchill is highly preferred.
- Containerization Knowledge: Basic knowledge of containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes, is advantageous.
- English Language Proficiency: Possess good knowledge of English language.
- Independence and Flexibility: Demonstrate willingness to work independently and flexibly to meet the demands of the role.
