Essential Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in system/software development and maintenance, with a focus on Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • 8 years of expertise in complex system/forms/configuration/data migration and system architecture.
  • 8 years of experience in managing multiple project streams and overseeing budgetary considerations.
  • 8 years of proficiency in documenting software architectures, schemas, business rules, and workflows.
  • 3 years of involvement with federally funded sub-recipient vendor programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Program Manager will oversee, monitor, and facilitate the operational scope, technical architecture, and resource management associated with the implementation of the re-procured solution.
  • The Program Manager will collaborate with outgoing and incoming service vendors to ensure a fully integrated SaaS solution with a web-based interface, utilizing a comprehensive database for information storage and accurate reporting.
  • The system will support multiple concurrent users across various regions.
  • The system will maintain essential data, including call information, consumer data, assessment and eligibility data, service delivery, service activity, and Ombudsman information, to meet all applicable federal reporting requirements.
  • This role involves the re-procurement of an Aging and Disability information management system, including an Ombudsman component, aimed at effectively supporting data maintenance and reporting.
