Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Life Enrichment Program Coordinator. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging programs and activities that enhance the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a variety of programs and activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the Engage Life Director to plan and execute community events, parties, and activities.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Bright Beginnings, including housewarmings and other community events.
  • Support the community's census building initiatives and participate in resident engagement efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of program participation and resident feedback.
  • Assist in recruiting volunteers to aid in the activities program.
  • Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three (3) to six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience acceptable.
  • Able to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
