Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical office, including staff supervision, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient access, satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics to support decision-making and continuous quality improvement.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years healthcare/medical office experience
  • 2 years general management experience; preferably in an ambulatory care setting
  • Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field preferred
  • Courses in medical terminology preferred

Estimated Salary Range: $70,428 - $131,310 per year
