Job Title: Ambulatory Training Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ambulatory Training Program Director to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of all training programs related to the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) ecosystem at Unity Health Care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, education, or information technology, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. They should also have experience working in healthcare settings with ambulatory and/or Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), as well as expertise in adult education and curriculum delivery. Additionally, they should be able to develop and adhere to time schedules to meet project deadlines and communicate effectively with staff across various seniority levels.

About the Role:
- Develop, implement, and maintain all training programs related to the Epic EHR ecosystem
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with staff across various seniority levels to ensure effective communication and training
- Develop and deliver high-quality training content, leveraging expertise in adult education and curriculum delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, education, or information technology; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in training, education, or user support for clinical and revenue cycle integrated systems
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Experience working in healthcare settings with ambulatory and/or FQHCs

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
