Ambulatory Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Ambulatory Technology Specialist to join our team at Unity Health Care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Epic software applications and experience in clinical workflow and process improvement. They will work closely with our Applications Manager to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned Epic software applications.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with ambulatory and operational leadership to strategically plan clinical system development.
- Coordinate with lead trainers to identify and address end-user needs.
- Communicate with system end-users to understand issues and implement solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health information technology, computer science, health informatics, or clinically related field.
- Two years' experience working in a healthcare institution as a user of, or application support staff for, EHR and/or other clinically focused systems.
- Experience in clinical workflow and process improvement using clinical technology is preferred.
