About the Role

Unity Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Ambulatory Patient Operations Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient throughput processes across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with ambulatory and operational leadership to strategically plan and coordinate patient throughput system development, implementation, and optimization.
  • Work closely with user teams to ensure smooth integration of patient throughput processes, configuring information and supporting assigned Epic applications.
  • Communicate system changes, updates, and best practices to all stakeholders, promoting effective use of Epic patient throughput applications.
  • Participate in disaster recovery measures, validating solutions are complete and properly implemented.
  • Analyze and communicate the impact of issues on business operations, collaborating with Epic to implement new projects and optimize workflows.
  • Develop and document internal procedures for Epic application usage, designing, building, testing, installing, and maintaining solutions that enhance patient care delivery.
  • Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and revenue generation, working closely with IT and operational teams to optimize workflows and configurations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the average salary for similar positions in the United States.
