Ambulatory Health Informatics Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Ambulatory Health Informatics Specialist. As a key member of our clinical applications department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of our Epic clinical system with our organization's workflows and processes.
Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency. This may involve working with our ambulatory and operational leadership to develop and implement clinical system development initiatives, conducting regular audits and assessments of EHR usage, and providing education and support to ensure effective use of the Epic system.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses a deep understanding of healthcare workflows and technologies. As an Ambulatory Health Informatics Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring information systems, developing and documenting internal procedures, and performing system configuration and new project development. You will also be required to provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot clinically related issues, and participate in disaster recovery measures.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. You must be able to think critically and creatively, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
