Sales Manager Overview
Fitness Connection is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in delivering exceptional member experiences and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a passion for fitness and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve club sales results.
- Recruit, hire, and promote Fitness Consultants in partnership with the Club Manager.
- Develop and train new and newly promoted Fitness Consultants.
- Identify high-potential talent for growth and consistently recognize and reward great performance.
- Maintain strong and consistent people practices with all teammates, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Create sales schedules to ensure accurate coverage and efficient use of labor hours.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 months of similar experience with a proven record of success required, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Knowledge of the Fitness industry and necessary sales acumen.
- Knowledge and skills in staffing with a proven record of results.
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office.
