PRIMARY ROLE:
Binswanger Management Corp is a prominent global real estate firm offering a comprehensive suite of services to corporate and institutional clients through its network of offices worldwide. Our services encompass brokerage, property management, asset management, asset recovery, appraisal, real estate marketing, and transaction services.
This role is integral to the operational sales functions of Binswanger's Greater Philadelphia Team, focusing on property and transaction analytics, market intelligence, outreach efforts, and the creation of presentations and proposals. The Sales Associate is responsible for forecasting and monitoring activities related to client transactions while identifying prospective business opportunities.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
The Sales Associate will report to and receive guidance from a Partner and Senior Vice President of Sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and assess methodologies for gathering data pertinent to client transactions.
- Analyze and interpret data regarding commercial real estate market dynamics.
- Prepare essential information for marketing presentations.
- Monitor and forecast activities associated with client transactions.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Support the Mid Atlantic brokerage team in various brokerage tasks, including property evaluations, responding to client inquiries, transaction analysis, and execution of deals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the commercial real estate sector.
- Possession of a Pennsylvania Real Estate License.
- Strong analytical skills to identify complex issues and devise effective solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Innovative thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Argus software.
- Experience in utilizing software applications to manage extensive data, including creating and modifying databases, entering data, retrieving records, and generating reports.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
