Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Professional

Sands Investment Group, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, is seeking a highly motivated and competitive Junior Broker to join our Philadelphia office. As a Junior Broker, you will play a critical role in developing the foundational skills necessary to become a successful Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Broker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize proprietary and industry systems to identify and validate property owners, research competitors, and generate new leads and projects
- Research and pitch properties to potential buyers, leveraging SIG's extensive inventory and market knowledge
- Catalog relevant properties by product type, CAP rate, and price, providing valuable insights to clients and stakeholders
- Assist with Proposals and Broker Opinion of Value (BOVs), pulling comps on deals and providing data-driven recommendations
- Update and maintain the company's CRM/shared database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Participate actively in team huddles, meetings, and trainings, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
Requirements:
- 1+ year's experience in sales, cold-calling, or a professional office environment
- Passion for Commercial Real Estate and/or Investment Sales
- PA Real Estate Sales Agent License or in the process of obtaining it
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Suite, Google Suite/Docs, and CRM systems
- Strong business ethics, teamwork, and collaboration skills
