We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As an Early Stage Counselor, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families navigate the process of affordable housing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound collection calls to borrowers to discuss payment arrangements and avoid mortgage delinquency.
  • Negotiate payment plans with borrowers to ensure timely payments and prevent delinquency.
  • Follow up with borrowers on returned payments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with early stage account collections to ensure prompt payment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficient in computer software and able to navigate complex systems.
  • Any collections experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18/hour.
