We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bluebird Car Wash Management LLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, engaging with customers to sell our services, and further developing your skillset using our 12 Tier Leadership Development Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers.
  • Engage in a positive, high-energy environment that ignites customers' return.
  • Drive a growth mindset for sales, engaging with customers to sell our services.
  • Further develop your skillset using our 12 Tier Leadership Development Program.
  • Actively engage in daily operations with a sharp eye on details and execution.
  • Maintain your location Grand Opening Ready every shift of every day.
  • Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines.
  • Understanding of The Bluebird Way and All Bluebird Values.
  • Detail plaza responsibilities and customer interaction.
  • Understanding and Explaining Wash Packages.
  • Process Cash, Gift Card, and Credit Card Transactions at Pay Terminal.
  • Acquire membership through engaging conversations with customers.
  • Choosing the Correct Rewash Option.
  • Mastery of Load-on Procedures - Understanding the Why of the Procedures.
  • Understanding of Site and Equipment upkeep Standards.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for your entire shift of up to 8-12 hours.
  • Ability to bend and stoop for long periods of time during your shift.
  • Ability to work in wet/humid conditions that include odors/dust for 8-12 hours.
  • Ability to lift, carry and reach overhead on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally during your shift.
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment.
  • Ability to work comfortably on a ladder regularly during your shift on an occasional basis.
Leveling of CSR
  • CSR Level 1 - minimum of 3 months' work and/or volunteer service.
  • CSR Level 2 - minimum of 6 months' work and/or volunteer service or combination thereof.
  • CSR Level 3 - minimum 18 months of work and/or volunteer service or combination thereof.

Upon offer, candidates are required to complete a pre-hire background check and drug test.
