- Utilize advanced culinary technologies and methodologies to enhance the dining experience.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume kitchen.
- Experience in multi-unit management is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
- Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in using kitchen management software and Microsoft Office programs.
