We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Safety Specialist to join our team at Clear Path Utility Solutions, LLC. As a Field Safety Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our employees, contractors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct field safety observations to assess compliance with safety procedures and specifications.
- Lead and participate in safety incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate safety risks.
- Monitor and report on safety metrics and trends.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Any technical or continuing education in a related field (forestry, utility vegetation management, or logging).
- Valid driver's license.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP) or Consulting Utility Forester Safety Professional (CUFSP) certification.
- International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) credentials.
- Electric Hazard Awareness Program (EHAP) certification.
- Five (5) years of experience in the arboriculture industry or military experience.
- Three (3) years of experience as a field safety observer, foreman, or trainer.
- OSHA 30 certification with a focus on electric power.
- Commercial driver's license.
- International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) credentials.
Hourly pay: $40-46 per hour.
