We are a leading provider of insurance and risk management solutions, seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Construction Safety Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies for construction projects
  • Analyze complex issues and recommend solutions based on a holistic risk assessment approach
  • Create and manage safety plans for large-scale construction projects
  • Design and deliver technical risk assessment services and training programs
  • Coordinate and deliver risk control services to clients and prospects
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA, NFPA, and JCAHO
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain accurate information in our agency management system

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Physical Science, or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of related work experience, including 5 years in construction
  • CSP or Professional Safety Designation preferred
  • Prior experience as a Safety Manager or Director in construction is advantageous

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and safety-related software
