Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at RHA Health Services.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of administrative, accounting, and service user-related tasks. This role will work closely with the Director to analyze financial performance, develop and process performance reports, and prepare the budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data entry and record management, ensuring all paper medical records are uploaded daily in the required format.
  • Document release and disclosure on the Accounting of Release and Disclosure form and generate reports as needed.
  • Complete data entry of individual served information, ensuring billing protocols are followed within required timeframes.
  • Provide caseload and authorization management reports as required by the Director.
  • Assist with customer service responsibilities, answering telephones, greeting, and assisting customers, and demonstrating appropriate phone etiquette.
  • Coordinate financial data and performance, ensuring daily deposits are completed if applicable, overseeing petty cash funds, and maintaining security of agency credit cards.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities, providing general building maintenance, ordering and maintaining office supplies, operating and maintaining office equipment, and performing risk management tasks.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Two years of medical office experience.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
