DPF Inventory Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled DPF Inventory Management Professional to join our team at Penske. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in a unique operation and play a critical role in managing inventory within the DPF Center.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for receiving and shipping DPFs using an inventory software to record, track, and maintain all inventory-related data. You will also determine whether DPFs can be cleaned and reused or should be disposed of based on specific criteria.
You will package cleaned DPFs for shipment, oversee inventory rotation and management, conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy, and minimize inventory write-offs. Additionally, you will manage phone calls and emails to assist customers with orders and questions.
Responsibilities- Receive and ship DPFs using inventory software to record and track inventory data.
- Determine if DPFs can be cleaned and reused or should be disposed of.
- Package cleaned DPFs for shipment.
- Oversee inventory rotation and management.
- Conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy and minimize inventory write-offs.
- Manage phone calls and emails to assist customers.
- 1-2 years of receiving and shipping experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of mechanical experience in the trucking industry (automotive or diesel) preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office and computer skills preferred.
- Familiarity with data entry systems.
- Working knowledge of hand tools required.
- Able to operate machinery/equipment properly and efficiently.
- A valid driver's license.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
