Established as a leading workforce solutions firm in the U.S., Cella is dedicated to delivering exceptional marketing, creative and digital expertise to clients. We are seeking highly skilled sales professionals to land, grow and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise accounts.

About the Role

You will be responsible for selling and representing the full suite of Cella's workforce solutions, including consulting, staffing and managed services, to large enterprise clients within your designated market.

  • Foster deep and lasting relationships with key clients and contacts through consultative sales approaches.
  • Mastery of the full range of Cella offerings to promote the right solutions that address client needs, ensuring optimal sales potential.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts from Cella's Consulting teams to present and qualify opportunities beyond staffing.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing of services with new clients, supported by leadership, delivery and corporate operations.
  • Work closely with internal partners to develop strategic sales plans within assigned market territories, incorporating a land & expand approach.
  • Attend scheduled Strategic Account calls for select clients.
  • Partner with regional/account-based delivery teams to ensure efficient opportunity management and compliance.
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline with internal partners and leadership to pursue, nurture and land opportunities within set goals and expectations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of closing complex sales in the solutions and IT/Creative staffing space with large and nationally/globally distributed customers.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the creative, digital and marketing space or consultative sales.
  • Experience working with strategic accounts.
  • Professional communication skills to present services at all levels of a client organization via various mediums.
  • Knowledge of strategic selling concepts and consultative sales.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Google mail, calendaring and shared drives.
