Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a DPF Inventory Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the inventory within our DPF Center to control costs and inventory write-offs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and ship DPFs using an inventory software to record, track, and maintain all inventory-related data.
  • Determine if DPFs are suitable for cleaning and reuse or should be disposed of according to established baselines.
  • Package cleaned DPFs for shipment.
  • Oversee and evaluate inventory rotation and management, conducting cycle counts to ensure accuracy and minimize inventory write-offs.
  • Assist customers with orders and inquiries via phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, ensuring parts are properly stored.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of receiving and shipping experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of mechanical experience in the trucking industry (automotive or diesel) preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including phone calls and email communication.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and computer skills preferred.
  • Familiarity with data entry systems.
  • Working knowledge of hand tools required.
  • Ability to operate machinery/equipment efficiently.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is essential for this role.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States and may vary depending on location.
