Job Summary

The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences at Store #5452. As a key member of the Sherwin-Williams team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert product information, and offer tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers, addressing their concerns promptly and maintaining high product standards.
  • Meet sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and maintain organized work order files.
  • Prepare products for customers, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with deliveries as needed.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, ensuring seamless interactions with customers.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
