Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for electrically and mechanically troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial food equipment. This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to electrically and mechanically troubleshoot and diagnose issues with commercial food equipment.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites, with occasional travel required.

Requirements

  • An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years of similar electrical and mechanical experience.
  • A valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
  • Ability to work overtime and on-call as required.
  • Ability to attend industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.

Working Conditions

  • Office facility and customer facilities, including commercial kitchens of various types of businesses.
  • Exposure to noise, heat, cold, slippery, wet, and dirty conditions may occur.
  • Travel requirement up to 50% of time.
