Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and completing other tasks as directed by management.
  • Support our pharmacy and other departments by assisting with tasks such as processing prescriptions, answering phone calls, and completing other duties as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting a plus.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
