About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Business Development Manager to lead our Agricultural Machinery Dealership chain within the assigned territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustained growth and profitability, ensuring exceptional customer support and service, and aligning with CLAAS Global Retail strategy.

This role requires strong leadership skills, including managing multiple retail locations, developing business plans, and cultivating processes to support sales, parts and service, inventory management, accounting, and personnel development.

You will work closely with key stakeholders and shareholders to develop cooperative relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitable Ag Dealership retail store growth through strategic planning and process optimization.">
  • Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.">
  • Maintain control over operating expenses, overseeing full organizational budget responsibility.">
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen, optimize, and expand business options.">
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.">
  • 7+ years of experience in dealer operations and growing retail business within relevant industry sectors.">
  • Strong leadership and sales management skills, with experience in team supervision and employee development.">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.">
