Business Development Representative

We are expanding our Inside Sales team at Rand Worldwide, a leading provider of software and services for the architecture, engineering, and construction industries.

Job SummaryThe successful Territory Sales Representative will establish, cultivate, expand, and maximize business relationships with existing and new customers. This includes identifying unmet needs, efficiency opportunities, and workflow challenges through a consultative approach, strategically selling respective solutions, related value, and the positive impact that IMAGINiT's services and products can provide.
Main Responsibilities- Business Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new customers to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales goals, focusing on relationship-building, solution-selling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Account Planning: Prioritize and plan tactically each day based on potential and urgency, lead sales discoveries, develop presentations and proposals, and collaborate across the RAND Worldwide enterprise to develop and secure business.
- Sales Efficiency Tools: Utilize Salesforce.com in ingenious ways to document current and future activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.
- 2+ years of successful, documented sales growth and/or extensive customer engagement experience.
- Solid business acumen and skill set to manage the full sales cycle.
- Ability to have business conversations at all levels from user to Owner.
- Proficient in and/or adept with sales platforms and available customer-related technology (MS Office suite and Teams, Revenue Grid, 6 Sense, Eloqua, Monster Connect, Salesforce, LinkedIn, AI).
- Competitive base salary ($45,000 - $50,000) and year-one compensation (base salary + commissions: $75,000 - $125,000).

Estimated salary range is $65,000 - $90,000 per annum based on location and performance.
