Job Title: Sales Representative - Customer Support

LHH is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and objectives for all assigned products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales goals and quotas through proactive engagement with warm leads of patients seeking care and devices.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, inside and field sales teams, service representatives, distributors, and sales/marketing leadership to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Follow established Inside Sales Processes and directives set by the Director of Inside Sales while providing ongoing customer support.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Inside Sales and Supervisors to develop comprehensive business plans for assigned products, aiming to meet or exceed financial sales and marketing objectives.
  • Accurately manage and track a book of business using CRM and Call Center applications, ensuring timely follow-up and support for all customer inquiries.
  • Become a product expert and communicate capabilities and benefits to existing and potential customers in a consultative manner, focusing on their specific needs.
  • Leverage information technology and available resources to effectively achieve sales targets while providing high-quality customer service.
  • Develop strong working relationships with insurance providers, alternative funding sources, government payers, and Care Credit to improve win rates and facilitate customer access to products.
  • Depending on team assignment, manage aspects of proactive/reactive supply and warranty sales for capital and DTC customers, including purchase order generation and order processing.
  • Complete all required training in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with the company's Code of Compliance, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with a focus on professional client service skills, ensuring effective call control and resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Promote current marketing campaigns and demonstrate a clear understanding of product importance to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • BS degree preferred or relevant experience.
  • Experience in sales (inside or outside) with a track record of meeting assigned targets.
  • Preferred experience in the medical industry, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, Call Center software, and Microsoft 365.
  • Proven success in achieving sales objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Dynamic, driven, and results-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth, changing environment.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
