Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all marketplaces, including product content management, inventory control, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to enhance conversion rates and revenue.
- Drive product selection, visibility, and overall strategic direction.
- Evaluate underperforming products and implement improvements in content, reviews, pricing, or merchandising tactics.
- Analyze successful sellers and apply best practices to enhance other product offerings.
- Conduct regular site reviews and adjust strategies to positively influence conversion rates.
- Examine business and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Develop and optimize advertising campaigns, including keyword research, listing SEO, and competitor analysis.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Warehouse Operations:
- Collaborate with the warehousing team to manage product orders and fulfill client requests.
- Engage with potential new clients to drive sales for our 3PL services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Experience in 3PL and warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with WMS systems.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
- 5 years in listing content and keyword research (preferred)
- 4 years in leadership roles (preferred)
- 3 years with Walmart WFS (preferred)
- 5 years in managing sponsored ads (preferred)
- 5 years in Amazon or Walmart Marketplace (preferred)
