Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract and analyze data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and organization.
  • Develop reports that highlight key performance indicators across platforms like Home Depot, Walmart, and e-commerce sites.
  • Monitor inventory levels, preventing overstocking while ensuring we have the necessary products.
  • Work closely with our merchandising and factory teams to adjust supply plans and meet customer needs.
  • Utilize market trends and historical data to inform future planning, particularly for new product launches and promotions.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for the Sales team, aligning sales plans with our overall strategy.
What We're Looking for in a Candidate:
  • A passion for numbers and advanced Excel skills (bonus points for SQL expertise).
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Experience working with reporting tools like Power BI.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in consumer products data, especially with big-box retailers like Home Depot or Walmart.
