Business Development Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Consultant. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. This is a home-based sales position that offers a lucrative commission structure and the opportunity to work with a proven sales system.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Present and sell insurance products to clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience; insurance industry experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
