Position Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative at Power Support Partners, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Back-Up Power Solutions: Conduct in-home appointments with prospective customers to provide back-up power solutions.
  2. Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM software.
  3. Negotiation and Closing: Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  4. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Schedule additional appointments with prospective customers through networking, building relationships with industry leaders, and generating referrals from existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects and clients
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales quotas
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives
  • Love of learning and testing new strategies and processes
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Georgia region
