Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Altium Packaging LLC. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and bridging the gap between marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify leads in target markets and qualify them as sales opportunities
* Develop new business opportunities through various methods, including telephone, mass communications, and Zoominfo database
* Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
* Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in business development or inside sales
* Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with ZoomInfo
* Plastics or packaging industry experience
