Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at Cityview Helicopter Tours. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform business decisions
- 2+ years of sales and business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
