About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MSS-CMMS System Analyst to join our team at MSS-CMMS/MSS Computerized Maintenance Management System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for the CMMS, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • System Analysis: Analyze user requirements and evaluate work processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Software Development: Develop and maintain software applications and systems to support the CMMS.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to implement new features and functionality in the CMMS.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and provide training and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle frameworks and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Programming Skills: Expert-level programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, and Python.
  • Database Management: Expert-level knowledge of database management systems and data modeling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development, technical support, and project management.
  • Advanced Degree: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications: Certifications in software development, project management, and database administration.
