What You Will Do:

In this role, you will be an integral part of the benefits team, contributing to the management and communication of the organization's retirement programs and benefits for retirees. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing plan administration and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Conducting market research to maintain competitive employee benefits.
  • Facilitating educational initiatives to enhance employee understanding of retirement options.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols in all operations.

Benefits Analyst 3: Salary range $101,700 - $168,200

The retirement team is dedicated to assisting employees in achieving financial stability as they approach retirement. This is accomplished through the provision of competitive benefits that are easily understood and optimized by employees.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Self-motivated with expertise in retirement programs.
  • Experience in pension and/or 401(k) plan administration.
  • Ability to proactively manage programs in accordance with regulations.
  • Skilled in analyzing and revising plan documents and policies.
  • Committed to operational improvements and quality customer service.

Benefits Analyst 4: Salary range $122,300 - $206,300

In addition to the responsibilities outlined for the lower level, the ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience in investment management and financial reporting.
  • Provide consultative support to implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.

  • Proficiency in interpreting plan documents and policies.
  • Experience with HR systems for data management.

Work Environment:

This position allows for remote work, with occasional onsite requirements as needed.
