About the Role

Edgeless Beauty Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Guest Experience Director to lead our sales and guest services teams.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in sales and guest service, with a strong background in team management and leadership. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and Executing Sales Strategies: Design and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with Edgeless Beauty Group's overall business objectives.
  • Leading Guest Services Teams: Coach and motivate teams to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all guests have a positive experience with all Edgeless Beauty Group brands.
  • Sales Performance Analysis and Improvement: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Guest Experience Enhancement: Ensure consistent, exceptional guest experiences through all communication channels, handling escalated guest concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Team Resource Allocation: Schedule and allocate team resources to maximize efficiency and service levels, monitoring and improving employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Call Center Operations: Implement and maintain best practices for call center operations, including CRM tools and workflows.
  • Key Metrics Tracking: Track and report on key metrics related to sales, guest care, and team performance, acting as a liaison between the Guest Services team and other departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales and guest service leadership roles, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Zenoti software and hospitality experience in a five-star call center environment are a plus.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced, office environment with the ability to sit and stand for extended periods throughout the day. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
