Midwest Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional sales team in the Midwest. With a strong focus on driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities, this role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who can motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.
The Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Managing and motivating territory sales teams to achieve sales goals.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular visits and communication.
- Increasing account penetration at existing and potential customers.
- Managing client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Delivering tailored sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and partners to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyzing customer data, forecasts, and reports to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the machine tool industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Minimum 60% overnight travel required.
Compensation: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, plus commission and benefits package.
