Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct the formulation and implementation of strategic scientific projects.

  • Guide and cultivate a diverse group of scientists and researchers.
  • Seek and secure funding avenues to support scientific endeavors.
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with academic institutions, industry partners, and government agencies.
  • Oversee the publication and presentation of research outcomes at conferences.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and ethical standards in scientific practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field, with considerable post-doctoral experience.
  • Significant leadership experience in a research or scientific setting.
  • Strong track record of publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
  • Proven success in obtaining research funding and managing extensive projects.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capability to promote a collaborative and innovative research culture.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and ethical standards in scientific research.
