Position Summary:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct the formulation and implementation of strategic scientific projects.
  • Foster an atmosphere of creativity and ongoing enhancement in scientific inquiry.
  • Guide and nurture a diverse group of scientists and researchers.
  • Identify and secure funding avenues to support scientific initiatives.
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with academic institutions, industry partners, and government entities.
  • Oversee the communication of research outcomes through publications, presentations, and conferences.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and ethical guidelines in scientific research.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field, with considerable post-doctoral experience.
  • Substantial experience in a leadership capacity within a research or scientific organization.
  • Strong record of publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
  • Demonstrated success in obtaining research funding and managing extensive projects.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capacity to cultivate a collaborative and innovative research atmosphere.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and ethical standards in scientific research.
