About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Arroyo Vista Family Health Center. This key leadership role is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, procedures, and programs to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is an integral part of the executive management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on HR matters, developing and implementing HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent to support the organization's growth and success
  • Collaborate with department managers to provide guidance and support on HR-related matters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and files
  • Conduct performance evaluations, salary reviews, and other HR-related activities

Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 annually based on experience.
