About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to join our leadership team in a newly-created position reporting into the VP of HR. As a strategic business partner, you will focus on organization design, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and more.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of driving business performance in large, complex organizations. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on talent management, leadership development, and organizational design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Supply Chain leaders and others to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Lead initiatives related to organizational design, talent assessment, succession planning, and employee engagement to strengthen organizational capabilities.
  • Drive HR-related change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and support for employees during transitions.
Requirements
  • A strategic and forward-thinking HR leader with a proven track record of driving business performance in large, complex organizations.
  • 10+ years of HR experience in manufacturing.
  • The ability to go on-site three to four times a week.
  • Deep knowledge of US labor laws, compliance, and best practices, with demonstrated success in labor relations and fostering positive employee relations.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to synthesize information, address root issues, and build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
