Channel Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team at ESET. This role will be responsible for managing the tactical execution of marketing projects and activities in alignment with our overall marketing objectives, strategy, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Partner Marketing team to execute and deploy marketing initiatives and programs, including lead generation, incentive programs, digital, and partner communications.
- Maintain strong working relationships inside and outside of ESET, including partner accounts and intradepartmental collaboration.
- Support regional and national events by communicating event strategy, goals, themes, messaging, staffing expectations, and follow-up expectations to internal teams and/or specific partners.
- Execute and track all logistical aspects of partner marketing campaigns from beginning to end, conducting formal post-reviews with recommendations for improvement and increased ROI.
- Manage data input for Channel and lead-gen events, including segmentation, lists uploads, event leads management, and tracking leads within ESET CRM.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of general B2B marketing or channel marketing experience.
- Security technology and Channel Marketing experience is a major plus.
- BA, BS in Business, Sales, and/or Marketing.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and HTML editing.
- Knowledge of email automation systems, Salesforce, or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent time management, budget management, and project management skills.
- An outgoing personality and energy level suitable for extensive customer interactions during numerous events.
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, deadline-driven, and responsive to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 5%.
Performance Measures:
- Appropriate campaign content and deliverables deployed to partners within agreed deadlines.
- Increased awareness and adoption of ESET's programs and resources by targeted partners, as determined by program metrics.
- Logistical aspects of events executed in a timely manner, with post-mortems and tracking of ROI completed at appropriate intervals.
