Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team at SSM Health. As a key member of our Med/Resp Care Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain comprehensive patient data to develop a holistic care plan.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to determine patient needs and conditions.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and the interprofessional team to identify optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement a plan to achieve patient goals and outcomes.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust the care plan as needed.
  • Contribute to the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri or eligible for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification within 365 days.
